Bioagri s.r.l. was founded in 2007 from the vision of two partners to provide efficient and transparent services to companies involved in the trading of raw materials. Subsequently, in 2009, it expanded with the entry of two additional partners, creating the current corporate structure of Bioagri.
The products we handle are agricultural commodities quoted on the national market and the main futures markets of Chicago, Paris and London. Products that require high professionalism from operators capable of handling complex and sometimes prolonged negotiations.
Drawing on strong relationships with consumers and major operating companies in the sector, including ADM, Bunge, Cargill, Dreyfus, Cofco, Granit, Invivo, Viterra and many others, Bioagri s.r.l offers its clients an accurate market overview, both by examining prices offered by major sellers and commenting on market developments and evolutions, based on constantly updated information and accurate reports released by major industry operators.
These markets form the foundation of all counterparty reasoning and are monitored during the evolution of agricultural harvests in various parts of the world, along with any issues that may arise.

The company is structured as a Limited Liability Company: one chairman, two managing directors, three employees and one external collaborator. All operational within the company.
Work is conducted by telephone and email from the Ravenna headquarters and through direct contact between counterparties at the Commodity Exchanges of Milan and Bologna (where the company is present with its own offices).
Bioagri srl is also present, through its operators, at major international commodity exchange events to maintain and consolidate existing relationships and create new ones with operators from different countries.
The company is present at the major Italian exchanges of Milan and Bologna, associated with Ager and ACCS Genoa and represented in the arbitration boards of Milan, Bologna and Genoa.
